@SendGridSupport Our company had a hack over the weekend which resulted in us being shutdown/blacklisted. No help from email support, all other channels tell us to go there. 30k customers without email access for 3 days now!! Please help!

Stripe just shut down a small biz we own and said they "may give our money back in 30 days." Criminal.

People for years have said Stripe was awful for small guys and bankrupted people. I didn't believe it.
