The inline delete confirmation felt noticeably smoother than a modal.

Spent the day prototyping some sidebar interactions with Codex.

Resizable panels, drag and drop organization, pinning, and a few experiments around reducing friction.

The interaction I’m happiest with is delete. No modal, just an inline confirmation state that keeps you in the flow.

@enjojoyy I usually start by decomposing a large task into many smaller tasks.

Codex analyzes the dependency graph, then each task gets its own fresh agent responsible for implementation, review iteration, and getting the PR merged.
