@GergelyOrosz Holidays (in 🇧🇪 you get 12 extra days if you work 40h instead of 38h and some companies even give more), also quite Belgium specific but percentage paid in ip rights (which is taxed way less). Amount of days WFH is allowed would be nice as well. The kind of health insurance

And the abusing of the name is somewhat diminishing of what the degree is and stands for. That is a problem the industry should fix though (if at all), not individuals

As an industry, we seem to have abused that name, probably because the US doesn't have that law and is so prominent in the industry.

@thinkb4coding @DDDesignFR Would you store both game events and player events in your store? I thought the idea was to build a bigger aggregate and then you could internally map some of the saved events but you seem to use processes for doing this. (I'm new to ES so I might be misunderstanding)

Never the less, I do feel like overusing the word engineering can hollow out what it stands for. And in that sense it cause confusion down the line

@FrisianRage @EmilyKager I'm not sure how it is in Germany but in Belgium, software engineers also get the same protected title, by degree only. Saying that you need such a degree to make a compiler is bullshit though
