"I think a lot of people who make fear claims– do not make credible ones. There’s a lot of fraud there, and so if somebody found themselves in a different country and decided they’d rather go home then that’s their decision... I absolutely believe with all of my heart that these third country removals have stopped crimes from happening and kept Americans safer and that is our fundamental obligation at the Department of Homeland Security." @DHSGenCounsel
I want to thank Mharz and another supervisor and the customer service agent who helped me resolve my charges and inconvenience while I was in India. They assisted me on September 24, 2026.

The city of #Fremont is in the news re:#homelessness
- FYI, Fremont is named after John C. Frémont, one of California's first two US Senators.
But before statehood: In 1846, "US Army Captain John Frémont attacked the Wintu with rifles, sabers, knives and their own tomahawks. Up to one thousand Wintu were "eliminated" in this second massacre of California Indians..."
Frémont went on to participate in more massacres and the genocide of indigenous Californians, in part to overturn their land rights granted under Spanish law.
According to US Senator John Weller, (who defeated Frémont in his bid for re-election to the US Senate) - "...the interests of the white man demands their extinction."
These images and excerpts describing Frémont's work in California and Washington DC are from Jean Pfaelzer's well-researched book: "California: A Slave State"
"California became a state on September 9, 1850, and elected John C. Frémont, a Free Soil Democrat, and William Gwin as its first two senators. By a draw of straws, Frémont won the shorter senate term. In Washington, he supported bills that would lock in Mexican land grants, including his own, and prevent foreign miners from owning gold claims. His term lasted 175 days, to March 3, 1851, and he lost reelection to pro-slavery John B. Weller. Although known as an abolitionist and officer in the Union Army, upon his arrival in California, Frémont participated in brutal Indian massacres."
"For this role see Benjamin Madley, An American Genocide: The United States and the California Indian Catastrophe, 1846-1873 (New Haven: Yale University Press, 2016), Edward E. Baptist, "Stol and Fetched Here': Enslaved Migration, Ex-slave, narrative and vernacular history in 'New studies in the History of American slavery'.”
San Diego shelters refuse to allow homeless persons who need assistance with activities of daily living to stay in any shelters because the shelters are not staffed to assist such persons. So they are forced to live on our streets, instead.
The other day, I got a call from Matt Mahan, the mayor of San Jose, CA.
He follows the account and wanted to make me aware of a big issue in California—retailers lost $8.7 billion to theft in 2022.
I typically steer clear of politics and am not endorsing any position here, but I wanted to share my experience from the call.
⚡️BREAKING:
Jewish settler-terrorists from "Esh Kodesh" attacked Israeli, foreign and Palestinian activists with batons, iron rods, and stones in Qusra, Nablus, Westbank, causing injuries.
Soldiers fired warning shots but made no arrests.
Americans they will attack you too.
We know fireworks causes combat veterans and animals emotional distress. We know fireworks cause fires. Then we launch fireworks. A bit insensitive, eh? We can do drones now. Don’t need trauma-inducing booms that start fires.
In a development that should surprise nobody, there is now a campaign to destroy the teaching career of a Prof Raz Segal, the Jewish-Israeli genocide expert who dared to speak the truth and call out the genocide that Israel is carrying out in Gaza:

Though school ended for the summer last week, yesterday I taught math at #SanDiego City Council.
Mayors' proposal of $32,414,285 per year to shelter 1000 people is fiscal nonsense when for $19,540,000 per year we could house all instead.

Note: While Intel has canceled its promised investment for an expansion, its existing $10 billion factory still stands on Palestinian land. Therefore, the boycott of Intel must continue.
