Today is World Toilet Day! @envirumedic visited major schools ie NANA College & Aileru in Warri, Delta State to raise students’ awareness of the 4.2 billion people living with poor toilet facility and without access to safely managed sanitation.
@envirumedic with @USAID E-WASH, stormed major streets in Warri, with the Department of Environment, Warri South LGA, with the campaign to the general public on the need to maintain proper sanitation and hygiene for healthy living and to also curb the spread of Coronavirus
In week 03, the number of new confirmed cases has increased from 64 cases in week 1, 2020 to 81.
These were reported from six states of Ondo, Edo, Delta, Taraba, Plateau, and Bauchi.
The number of deaths has though decreased.
