@paulickreport The sport has gone downhill since they marketed it around one race, the KY Derby. Making the Derby feel like the Super Bowl was the wrong move. Can’t market a sport around one day a year. Ask the small tracks how that’s working out for them
@KentuckyDerby@IconRacingLFG Too bad you ruined your horse all to run in the KY Derby. Owners who put their egos above the well being of the horse ruin the sport
@BwVegas26@RepoleStable Every owner thinks their horse is going to win. If you take their advice and make wagers from that advice, you need help.
Learn how to read the racing form, that tells the story of the horse
@Saratogafilly Yes! Forever Young ran a perfect race. Would’ve loved to see how Sovereignty would have faired.
Sierra Leone had to wait around the far turn for Journalism to make his move because Baeza had him boxed in. When Journalism moved , Sierra made his run. That few secs cost him
@Horseguru24334@EJXD2@BreedersCup@DelMarRacing This is no different than any other sporting/event out there. The days of taking a family of 4 to events is over. People can’t afford the outrageous prices and gouging.
Las Vegas is the prime example, corporations have used analytics and figured out they can make more $$ this way
@goofonroof@Rennietime You act like officials, umpires, referees, etc…do not make mistakes. Just because they are ‘trained’ and ‘schooled’ doesn’t make them perfect.
