Again, no one is claiming Peter is perfect. But unless you have evidence that he diverted company funds for personal gain, any video of him belittling Paul by calling him “just a singer,” proof that he dismissed Jude as “just a manager,” or evidence that Jude and Paul’s family were subjected to years of harassment and dehumanization because of him, please shut the actual fuck up.

I always see this take “if your juju worked white men wouldn’t have colonized you” and I will address it today.
First of all, this take stems from ignorance, from the assumption that we were in no way civilized at all before white people came.
In any society, everyone has their area of expertise, we have always had farmers, hunters, weavers, blacksmiths and so on…., it’s not everybody that has juju, the people who practice juju were just another group of people who were mostly healers or warriors and that was their own profession. It doesn’t imply that all our forefathers have juju. Some were just farmers and normal people.
So losing a war and getting colonized doesn’t mean juju wasn’t real. It meant that we lost to people who were better and more advanced at war than us.
The same way people hail US military might, it doesn’t imply that all Americans are soldiers.
Juju has never been a general practice, and Africa wasn’t ruled with juju, so losing to colonial masters didn’t imply that juju failed, the stronger army with more advanced weapons won, I hope you understand.
