As per official note n° CG/GRA/OUT/06/18 issued by GHANA REVENUE AUTHORITY (GRA) CARGO TRACKING NOTE (CTN) system will be implemented as from 1st July 2018 for all shipments destined to GHANA (transit cargo included) NO CTN = NO LOADING.

All shipments to Ghana including transit cargo are now required to obtain a valid CTN number which must be submitted to the carrier and be included on the Bill of Lading. Shipments not covered by a valid CTN number will not be cleared through customs and may incur fines #shipping

Following the revised import and export guidelines issued by Nigerian Federal Government, all containerised cargo destined for Nigeria should be palletised. This new guideline goes into effect from 1st of Jan 2018 for all Nigerian inbound cargo departing from worldwide origins.
