If you’ve made real money before and you’re now in a rough patch ( losing, frustrated, feeling washed ) the problem isn’t the market. It’s you. The sooner you accept that, the faster you recover.

We’re in a quality over quantity market right now. That means stop chasing daily PnL. If you don’t have strong resources onchain ( solid group chats, tracked wallets, a big X presence ) you are not built for high-frequency plays. That’s not an insult, it’s a constraint. Work within it. Extend your timeframe, think in weeks and months, not days.

But here’s what most people completely ignore: study your wins. Not just your losses. Your wins are telling you exactly where your edge is, and you’re walking past that information every time. Most of your losses came from playing in conditions where you have no advantage. Most of your wins came from the opposite. When you start deliberately moving toward your conditions ( the setups, narratives, and timeframes where you actually have an edge) your portfolio will show it.

Know your skillset. Play to it. Everything else is just noise.
