@FCPSLeads A10: Creating space means finding a way for your coachee to reflect on and pull from the conversation what was most relevant or important to them #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@FCPSLeads A9: In our sector saying no is difficult regardless of if new or a veteran. New Admin should always balance their responses against the SIP Plan and their belief system. Doing this will generate more questions and a more well thought out response #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@FCPSPrinKSeiss@FCPSLeads A8: very much in agreement with you @FCPSPrinKSeiss This will be a difficult habit to break as Admin. It will take patience and time as much of our days are filled with questions and coachable moments #fcpsliftchat
@MiMSprincipal A8: I must admit that I find myself being the rescuer quit often which results in a to do list for me and the issue or problem not being solved by anyone. Using lazy question gets the coaches to state their request and creates options for me #FCPSLIFTCHAT
A4: I think this depends on how long one has been at their building as a principal or the length of time one has been coaching an individual/team. As coaches we start w/the Projects. In time & as relationships are built we are then able to move to People & Patterns. #FCPSLIFTCHAT
@FCPSLeads A2: As admin we do some form of coaching each day. I have become much more strategic in my leadership by asking the right questions to get people to think for themselves #fcpsliftchat
