We give interviewees 15min after the set meeting time until we reach out. We want to ask if they’re ok first of all and if they’re interested in rescheduling. The crazy part is most of the time they don’t answer our calls or emails. Like at-least tell us you’re not interested lol

In the last 2 years I’ve noticed a crazy amount of ghosted interviewees my job has. Majority ages 20-30. I know this is happening for different companies & industries. Are people not being taught how to be courteous? Are people still living off of unemployment? This is just wild
