The Edmond Police Department is proud to share that our SWAT team earned 3rd place overall at this year’s statewide SWAT competition, competing against some of the best teams in Oklahoma.
Their performance showcased outstanding skill, teamwork, and resilience, with top finishes in multiple events:
• 1st Place – Team Obstacle Course
• 2nd Place – Officer Rescue (just shy of 1st)
• 2nd Place – Team Pistol Competition
• 3rd Place – 2-Gun Competition
A special congratulations to Sergeant Dillon Dennis, who took 1st place in the Supercop individual event, demonstrating elite-level performance.
This competition highlights the dedication and professionalism our SWAT team brings to protecting our community every day. We couldn’t be more proud.
