The creator of Dilbert spent his life making the world laugh and on his very last day he gave his life to Jesus. His final words were I gave my life to Jesus. People had been praying, someone got through, and at the last possible moment something shifted in him.
The thief on the cross had no theology. He started out blaspheming and ended up saying remember me when you come into your kingdom. That was enough.
It is not complicated. But what a tragedy to miss it.
