This poor country allocated @AnitahAmong 1,000,000,000/= for “adverts & public relations”, 495,000,000/= for “staff training” & 143,100,000/= for “bedding, clothing, & footwear”?!
Yet, we pay govt drivers, 250,000/=, & policemen 470,000/= per month?!

It's always refreshing to see great parts about other programming languages when you feel like your favourite language is better than others 😌

One thing I’ve learned today from many of the responses to the derogatory terms used to refer to Northerners is that they are so focused on their intentions, not the reception. The thing is if you find me, an Alur, with a Karamojong, and you call us omulugwara, you’ll offend us. Just ask us our tribes or chill out. Bundling people’s identities is offensive. It’s like when you call someone from Japan or Korea a Chinese, they’re going to be offended. And if you decide that you don’t care to know, just admit you see that group of people as lesser.
In our latest article, we interview @robwithhair from @flowmoco about the benefits of Haskell and functional programming for consulting projects.

In proposed FY 2023/24 budget, state house wants Uganda Shs 21,900,000,000 to buy new vehicles for the President and his Vice.
Yet, Shs 20,800,000,000 is what the country needs to buy ambulances for the establishment of the National Ambulance Service System (ministry of health).
The Bushmen generally believe that we owe them everything, perhaps even our lives.
They probably look at NSSF money and think: these savers wouldn't have got this money if we hadn't fought and brought peace.
Until they die or get kicked out of power, they'll tax us for "peace."

@mattoflambda I have taken a deeper look at your PR and `annotated-exception` and it's quite clear we need to adopt `annotated-exception` to make the best out of the callstacks. Thanks for all your work.
@ChShersh In my team we tend to explicitly opt for what we call "baby haskell" to avoid being trapped by "using all the features".
Its okay to NOT put everything into compile time guarantees, despite the fact its "possible" to do so.
