@czarcruise Could have had summit play once a year for 5 years on a summer headlining slot on their new event plus they can put a opener on off the grid events etc. So many opportunities to help his friends, community and jump start a new and improved brand.

I would have drawn up a laundry list of things I wanted the summit team to do. All easily within their capabilities and small enough to seem simple. Add in maybe $100k a year for 5 years and I start a new brand.

@czarcruise Looks like they filed a trademark right after summit made his record label. By that point he was already cruising for success and no doubt the campout guys got scared. I don't know any of the background communicationsc or negotiations but one sentence in that statement.
