Join our starting, highly motivated, computational lab! We are working on cutting-edge method development for modeling epigenetic gene regulation. Plenty of exciting opportunities of application in large bulk and single-cell datasets in collaboration with wetlab groups.
BREAKING NEWS:
The 2022 #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to Svante Pääbo “for his discoveries concerning the genomes of extinct hominins and human evolution.”
Immunotherapies are only as effective as their targets. Excited to share the launch of Cartography Bio, focused on finding safe and effective antigens for every cancer patient. Wonderful to work with founders @krparker@HowardYChang@MaxMumbach@CalebLareau@JeffreyVerboon
We are attempting to get funding to support the maintenance and extension of our ArchR single-cell analysis package (https://t.co/EYFLRIC4cU). If you use ArchR, please respond to this thread with your experiences and requests for future functionality!
