@Helenfmurray @raynaudsorg@Raynauds_UK@raynauds4lyfe Me too.
If I do track in the winter when we finish I have about 1 minute to change my top on put on a warm coat otherwise my hands go white after 10 minutes and stay like that for over an hour. It’s the same at coffee stop on bike....
@Helenfmurray @raynaudsorg@Raynauds_UK@raynauds4lyfe Yes, it’s nothing to do with actual core temperature. It’s your brain thinking it might dip triggers the reflex. Cooling of skin in the head face neck and chest is what triggers my white hands.
@Helenfmurray @raynaudsorg@Raynauds_UK@raynauds4lyfe 1:wear a hat.2 change all wet/sweaty clothes immediately: 3 have warm coat which covers your upper body fully when not exercising.- key thing is to not let you brain think your core temperature is about to drop.
@UniversalQandA excellent show. Can’t believe I’m now debating with my wife whether the speed of light was a constant before the formation of the observable universe. Much more interesting than “who is going out with who”!
