🚨 4141 Tactic 🚨
"The Playmakers Dream"

This is probably my favourite tactic I have created so far in FC25. Please read the full post to gain the most understanding how to get the most out of it and WHY I have chosen certain roles👍

So why wingers?

🟩Wingers stay wide and allow you to have plenty of space as an outlet. This is important as it disrupts the opponents back line. In FC25, the back 4 are tight together. The LB/RB is forced to come out wide to defend the wingers.
🟩Space is then created for your playmakers in centre mid to move into. It allows the space to open up and attack easily.

Why centre half on the CDM?

🟥It enables defensive stability vs counter attacks. The CDM will drop into a back 3 IN possession. OUT of possession they will charge back to their CDM position meaning you will ALWAYS have the opportunity to stop central counter attacks.

When do you use the FALSEBACK tactic and when the FULLBACK?

🟨I use the FALSEBACK tactic 99% of the time. I only switch to the full back tactic when the opponent counter attacks only down the wingers and my falsebacks don't have time to recover the space. This happens very rarely.

What roles should I prioritise a ++ on?

🟦Playmakers need at least a + to get the most effectiveness from them. A ++ is desirable.
🟦Falsebacks at least a +. You want them to trigger their movements inside quickly. Only downside, is they can move back to their LB/RB position too quickly with this transition - I wish EA kept them centrally longer.
🟦I've used no + and a ++ at CDM with the centre half. Both work fine, ++ moved out of the back 3 quicker so I liked that.
