S͟h. ʾIbn Jibrīn said :

Likewise, among the remedies for worry and grief is keeping oneself occupied with work, crafts, and learning beneficial knowledge. This keeps a person occupied from the causes of worry and sadness and helps him forget them.

If his work is an act of worship or beneficial knowledge, then he will receive a reward for it when he does it seeking reward from Allah. And if his work is worldly, he can also receive a reward for it through having a righteous intention.

Through this, he will gain protection from those causes that occupy the heart. Therefore, he should turn his attention to his daily activities and to what he has arranged for each time, and he should disregard what has already passed.

The accusations made by the Ashāʿirah against Ahl al-Sunnah are the same as those made by the Jahmi Kuffar against the Salaf.

Imam al-Dārimi al-Shāfiʿi (d. 280 AH) said:

“As for [describing Allah ﷻ with] an organ such as the human eye that has a composite structure, this is a lie you have deliberately attributed to us. You know that no one holds such a view, yet you continue to spread these accusations in order to make your misguidance more effective among the ignorant. Falsehood is never permissible, whether spoken in seriousness or in jest.

So from which people did you hear that someone said: ‘a composite limb’? Point him out, for whoever says such a thing is a disbeliever. Yet you keep repeating words such as: ‘body, composite, limbs, organs, and parts’ as if by exaggerating this accusation you hope to force us to abandon describing Allah with the attributes He affirmed for Himself in His Book and the attributes affirmed by the Messenger ﷺ

We do not describe Allah as a body like created bodies, nor as having organs or limbs. However, we affirm for Him the attributes that you dislike, the attributes that you and those who follow your path reject.”
