@RealDianeYap You are mixing up the male needs for the female needs. The point is, the bar is low for male contentment. The man can still meet very high female needs that consumer his life, and be fine with that.
There are tons if husbands living that life for nothing in return.
@LeftistSense And if one of the officers was stabbed, you would have shrugged your shoulders and said, "job hazard", and moved on. You don't care about them, you only care about those who you can virtue signal about. Perception is all you care about. You don't even care about the woman.
@TheJewAbides Jewish identity was centered around the tabernacle. It's gone. The sacrifices are gone. The ark, gone. Levites and priesthood, gone. Genealogies, gone.
All were fulfilled in Christ. The culture of Israel from 2000 years ago is gone. The person and work of Jesus Christ is here.
@eri89494 If you think the writings of the reformers have no scriptural support then you've never read them. The institutes have a Bible reference almost every other sentence.
@eri89494 I didn't say rely on a commentary or the institutes. You just made that up. Your previous question was about doctrine, not extra biblical writings. "Calvinism" is a label that's short hand for tenants of reformed theology including God's sovereignty (tulip), 5 solas etc.
@robertlwhite_II What do you mean? He has grace for tons of false beliefs. Temporary unbelief too. But there is a line in the sand when it comes to belief: Jesus is Lord and God and rose from the dead.
