Meet SBI RM = Real Monster Saurabh Chandra = fully responsible.

Under his authority, an SBI employee was made to suffer for months while his mother battled cancer in ICU.
No urgency. No empathy. No relief.

💔 and after harassment that employee has lost his mother.

Serious allegations already exist about his abusive behaviour, and staff complaints from the past were reportedly ignored by SBI.

This is not procedure.
This is misuse of power.
This is institutional cruelty.

If he is innocent, SBI must release the file movement and timeline.
If not, why is he still protected?

Silence will not erase responsibility.

@Tejasvi_Surya,sir I can assure with full confidence that the majority of PSBs have deliberately not implemented the provisions of the transfer policy. No1 in @DFS_India is monitoring the expenses caused due to the mass transfer exercise every FY.

Many bank customers, especially in rural Karnataka, face extreme difficulty when banking staff - those that have a public interface - don’t communicate in local language. This is an issue faced by millions of customers in many states.

After we raised this issue at multiple forums, including Parliament, GOI Dept of Financial Services reviewed their transfer policy.

According to this policy, banks are directed to accommodate officers up to Scale-Ill in their respective linguistic region in order to ensure seamless customer service.

How do large public sector banks which have a duty to serve customers, especially senior citizens and rural communities, not understand that serving them in the language they understand is most essential, especially in a sector as trust inspiring as banking?

Urge @TheOfficialSBI to follow the directions of GOI in letter and spirit.

As per report, 500 suicide in Banking sector committed in last 10 years, But neither Finance, Ministry, DFS, PMO, RBI, Labour ministry, HRD taken any reports from any of Banks.

Nowadays in every PSB situation it is the same. Clerical job being done by scale 1 or scale 2 officers .officers job being done by branch head and nobody is there to do branch head jobs .
The result is that both customer service and business growth are adversely affected .
PSB needs massive recruitment of clerks for better customer service.
