@GodrejProp - I have a flat in Godrej Parkridge, Manajari T31208 - as per agreement the possession date was 31-Mar-25 but the possession is offering now almost 16months delay - compensation offered is 1L is ka calculation ky hai? RERA calcualtion comes around 6.5L

@SmalhotraRBI @RBI hope you also consider educational and medical expenses in inflation. Every years its keep increasing and we salaried people have burden on it. Also, if possible use PAN and Adhar card details and stop giving reservation benefits who have crore of property.
