@b_outliers Waldrep looked really good today, even though he was clearly working on his cutter and breaking balls. He barely threw the splitter. 71 pitches so he should be ready soon.
@ManoCornuda@mike_petriello The Braves have a rapidly improving farm and three picks inside the top 50 in this year's draft, along with a huge bonus pool. They're also sitting on all of Profar's salary, so they have a lot of extra cash to spend at the deadline.
@Mets2026@UnderdogMLB Prepare to be very surprised and disappointed when you see the mid-season farm system rankings. Not only do the Braves have the prospects (and money) right now, but they've got the 9th, 26th, and 48th pick in the draft and a massive bonus pool.
@FrontRowBrian Also, all the Netflix numbers reported were live+1, while UFC was just live. Netflix also only reported numbers for the last three fights, which inflates things quite a bit. UFC and Paramount reported for the full seven fight card.
@JonahWhitman69@DylanMMA__ He actually did tap out to strikes against Serra, and openly admits it. There's nothing wrong with doing that or with quitting on your stool if you know you've been beaten. It's not worth risking your career over pride.
@gvedak@b_outliers Could you discuss park factors in one of your upcoming podcast appearances? It's my understanding that Rome, in particular, is terrible for hitters, which makes what Hartman and Gil are doing all the more impressive. Not sure about Augusta and Columbus and am curious.
