I like the look of vintage Dunhill Rollagas lighters (pre-1980s), esp with a hidden hinge and no badge. Vintage Cartier also look very chic. Both available in solid gold or silver, gold plating, or various lacquered finishes. And, of course, St Dupont if you like the ping.
