@opendatacharter energy production. Argentina can push for more local participation through the promotion of community-based initiatives; this is one of the ways Nigeria pushes for local-level engagement and participation. Hope this suggestion helps for the time being.
@opendatacharter If I recall the question correctly, this should be the Argentina case. I may have to check the situation and latest developments for accuracy in Argentina. However, I believe both Nigeria and Argentina recognize the importance of local participation in their ETPs.
@opendatacharter Although both countries have challenges implementing their ETPs, there is gradual progress towards greater local involvement and participation (this is happening already in Nigeria as far as I know). Both countries are on their way to making progress in decentralizing energy
