The video also makes the mistake of assuming good sperm equates to good genetics.

IVF + Genetic screening gives us good genetics.

Also if you use IVF, you can select the genetically optimal embryos, using genetic screening.

Having children without IVF and genetic screening seems barbaric.

Your body always produces sperm and you just extract with with a needle (e.g. MESA) and do IVF.

The biggest downside is that it's expensive, but that's no big deal if you're successful.
