@nfergus Is there a relative aspect to the law? For example, if you debt spend is greater than defense, but defense spend is still multiples of your competitors than it doesn’t matter?

@ggreenwald It’s ridiculous to think that Pelosi’s success has anything to do with her position (at least on this trade). The driver is OpenAI and similar users. Nothing to do with gov or chips act. People point to this all the time, but she’s just basically long tech, and tech has done well
