@niklaus2009 Dentro de los criterios de hepatitis relacionada a alcohol pueden pasar hasta 8 semanas de la fecha de último consumo. Frecuentemente los pacientes no reportan su consumo real. Esos laboratorios son muy sugestivos de daño por alcohol. Revisen los criterios y considérenlo

@niklaus2009 Con esos laboratorios, hepatitis relacionada a alcohol hasta demostrarse lo contrario (leucocitosis, macrocitosis de 123, la relación AST/ALT). Yo le buscaría por ahí. Muchos pacientes con hepatitis por alcohol terminan en colecistectomia o CPRE de forma innecesaria

Endometriosis is a condition in which pieces of the uterine tissue grow outside of the uterus. There are different types of endometriosis, as the condition can occur in different parts of the body.
In some cases, endometrial tissue grows on or inside the intestines. This is referred to as colorectal endometriosis.

Open-label RCT in Netherlands and Belgium showed that MMF:

@KailashKolhe @doctorboletoh @AnandVKulkarni2 @DrKaushalMadan1 @ashok_doctor Amazing not having recurrent disease after withdrawal of treatment. Could it be maybe a case of drug-induced AIH? I would just monitor metabolic parameters/diabetes control and anual FIB-4.
