Deputy President Kithure Kindiki @_KithureKindiki this afternoon inspected the ongoing expansion of the Rironi–Mau Summit Superhighway, a game changing infrastructure project set to transform regional trade and connectivity.
The expansion will ease traffic congestion, reduce road accidents, improve the movement of goods and people, and unlock economic opportunities across the region. This is a major step towards a safer, faster, and more efficient transport corridor that supports business growth and national development.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank You for Your heart of reconciliation. Heal the divisions in our families, communities, and nations. Teach us to forgive, restore trust, and walk in peace. Make us instruments of Your love and grace, reflecting Christ in all we do. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
HISTORIC RETURN OF THE NYAHURURU SAFARI TRAIN AFTER 46 YEARS.
Residents of Ol Kalou turned out in large numbers to witness the historic arrival of the Nyahururu Safari Train, marking the restoration of passenger rail services after a 46-year hiatus.
To mark the launch of freight operations, Hon. Moses Kuria and Kenya Railways Managing Director, Mr. Philip Mainga, flagged off a freight train loaded with fertilizer, underscoring the critical role of rail transport in lowering the cost of logistics, supporting farmers, and stimulating economic growth across the region.
The memorable journey signified the official commencement of operations along the Nairobi–Gilgil–Ol Kalou–Nyahururu route, with the service set to offer two passenger round trips every week alongside dedicated freight services.
Speaking during the event, Hon. Moses Kuria noted that the revival of the railway service is a major milestone for the people of Gilgil, Ol Kalou, Nyahururu and neighbouring areas. He emphasized that the service will provide residents and visitors with a safe, reliable, efficient and affordable mode of transport while opening up new opportunities for trade, tourism and investment.
The revival of the Nyahururu rail line is in line with the UDA Party Manifesto and President William Ruto's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda, which prioritizes modern infrastructure as a catalyst for economic growth, job creation and regional development. By reconnecting communities, reducing transportation costs and enhancing market access for farmers and businesses, the project demonstrates the Government's commitment to building an integrated transport network that supports inclusive growth and improves the livelihoods of ordinary Kenyans.
This milestone further reflects President William Ruto's vision of transforming Kenya into a competitive, connected and prosperous nation through strategic investments in infrastructure, logistics and public services that directly benefit wananchi across the country.
Present during the occasion were principal Secretary Dr. Patrick Mariru (Defence),UDA Party candidate for the Ol Kalou Constituency by-election, Samuel Muchina Nyagah, Kenya Railways Board Members, and Nyandarua County Members of County Assembly, Stephen Mureithi (Nominated), Patience Manga (Nominated), Samuel Mathu (Mirangine Ward), Peter Thinji (Rurii Ward), Milka Nyambura (Nominated), Esther Wangari (Nominated), Jane Gathira (Nominated), Joyce Munyua (Nominated), and Naomi Ngatia (Nominated).
Happy Madaraka Day, Kenya .
As we celebrate our freedom and progress under this year’s theme, “Education, Skills and the Future,” may we continue to empower generations through knowledge, innovation, and opportunity.
As the nation gathers in the historic host County of Wajir for the first ever Madaraka Day celebrations in Northern Kenya, may this occasion strengthen our unity, inclusivity, and shared vision for a brighter future.

This morning, I joined President William Samoei Ruto @WilliamsRuto for a meeting with representatives of the Kenyan diaspora from 40 countries at State House Nairobi.
The President commended them for being excellent ambassadors of our country, noting that many organisations continue to give sterling accounts of their hard work, consistency, reliability, and dependability.
President Ruto’s leadership, has made it easier for the Kenyan diaspora to engage with the government back home, own property under the Affordable Housing Programme through the Boma Yangu portal, and support their families by paying for medical insurance through the Social Health Authority.
The government through President Ruto’s leadership, is mobilising Kenyans to secure jobs overseas. In the past three years, 540,000 Kenyans have found employment abroad following the streamlining of the sector and the elimination of fraudsters.
UDA Secretary General Hassan Omar says his recent remarks were misinterpreted and taken out of context, clarifying that his comments were never intended to demean, offend, or target any community. #TV47News
The fallacy and illusion that no one can be elected President in Kenya without the Kikuyu vote is a lie that has been sold for far too long.
To the entitled tribal bigots, I would like to politely remind you that President William Samoei Ruto @WilliamsRuto will be reelected without a single vote from you.
Kenya is bigger than tribalism.

“I consider my election as President as an opportunity to do something that God wants me to do for this country. There was nobody else that was going to make those difficult decisions. It was going to be William Ruto, and that is why I got the opportunity to lead Kenya.”
