@Record_Sport There is a complete dishonesty in John Beaton trying to claim deflection, close proximity and natural position, the video doesn’t support any of that. It’s abundantly clear he has reached the same posistion as McCurry and Muir in that he cannot operate at this level any further
@FootyAccums Once play has been restarted you can’t retrospectively change the reason you gave the decision. It was given as a foul as indicated by 1) The ‘official’ telling John McGinn on field, 2) the hand signal 3) the big screen message
@DaleJohnsonESPN @DanLeeAFC No your not Dale your trying to retrospectively justify a horrific decision and Dans right you are losing all credibility. The official told the players onfield it was for a foul, his hand signal was for foul and screen said foul.
@RaeComm@bootboy100 He told McGinn on field it was for a foul. There was no communication mishap at all he gave it as a foul so why are you banging on about offside?. Screen said foul, hand signal said foul and told players foul.
@scotlandscoeff1 You should have stuck by your original tweet. You look foolish trying to take that back when 1) The screen confirmed it was disallowed for a foul 2) Hand signal was for foul 3) McGinn told onfield disallowed for foul. You can’t retrospectively change the reason
@allee371@scotlandscoeff1 Except it wasn’t given as offside at all. Screen in stadium said disallowed for foul. Referee indicated foul with his arm signal. John McGinn was told on the field it was for a foul.
@CelticFC@OVOHydro Shameful prices no wonder there’s big gaps everywhere and you haven’t even opened the top tier. There’s a limit you can push fans too and hopefully the gaps that will be there tonight teach you that
