It's a new day, and here I am again asking, sharing and still hoping.
To everyone on X who's been part of this journey: please keep posting about me, keep contributing, keep sharing wherever you can.
Every single time you do, you're giving me a chance I wouldn't have on my own.
And if you're reading this in good health today, healthy kidneys, a strong heart, mornings that don't start with dialysis or hospital visits, please don't take that for granted.
Thank God for it.
Nothing in this world beats good health.
I would give anything to have mine back, and I hope you never have to learn that the way I did.
Please keep standing with me.
I'm not done fighting.

TUTAFANYA AJE WADAU?
It is not news that Ruto and his henchmen believe in politics of hate, ethnicity, blackmail and hostage taking. We know he knows no other way... But politics is persuasion. Now one will be forced to bend to Ruto's will. You can't kill us all. Let Cherargei know that.
KENYA CANNOT LET BUREAUCRATIC FAILURE BECOME A HUMANITARIAN CRISIS
As August draws to a close, tens of thousands of county workers across Kenya are still waiting for their July salaries. Nurses, doctors, ECDE teachers, and public officers, the people who keep our counties running have gone weeks without pay. Essential services are grinding to a halt and ordinary Kenyans are bearing the brunt.
Reports indicate that more than 35 counties are caught in this salary crisis.
This is not merely a budgeting delay. It is a devolution crisis and it demands urgent, collective action.
The Controller of Budget has a constitutional duty to safeguard public funds. Counties have a duty to submit compliant budgets on time. Neither responsibility should come at the cost of paralysing government and punishing workers.
The @KenyaGovernors must urgently convene all affected governors, county finance executives, and county assemblies together with the Controller o fBudget and the @KeTreasury to resolve every outstanding compliance issue, county by county. Counties must submit corrected documents without further delay.
The Controller of Budget, in turn, must provide a transparent, time-bound compliance pathway so that funds can flow.
But we must ask: Where is the Council of Governors? What concrete emergency measures has it taken to shield county workers and protect essential services?
The @Senate_KE, constitutionally mandated to defend devolution MUST demand answers. Loudly and immediately.
Behind every delayed payslip is a family.
We must be honest with ourselves: Do we truly value the people who keep our county governments functioning? Devolution was built to serve the people. It must not become a casualty of institutional inertia.

I promised we wouldn’t let them bury this. Today, I keep that promise.

Massive gratitude to Saddam, CAJ, our legal supporters, and every single one of you who kept the pressure on.
The truth is finally in your hands. ✊ Let’s make sure everyone sees it. Public data belongs to the public. God willing we will have a good website.
Thank you, Monaco 🇲🇨
To the President, the staff, my teammates and to you, the fans, thank you for your trust and your support from day one to the last.
It wasn’t the journey I had imagined, but this is where I found my way back onto the pitch, and for that I’ll always be grateful.

Millions of men enter adulthood secretly convinced that masturbation has made them weak, infertile or unable to perform.
Those claims are still repeated as medical facts. They are not.
Here are 4 masturbation myths that refuse to die:
1. IT CAUSES ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
Vocal political activist Abigael Gikonyo, popularly known as Abbie Zuena, recounts how she survived the brutal attack on the Linda Mwananchi convoy in Homa Bay on Sunday evening by showing a photo from her phone of herself campaigning for the late Raila Odinga during the 2022 elections, after goons who had cornered her demanded to know her political affiliation.

No part of Islam teaches you to pull up on the highway praying inconveniencing others. This social media show off bs needs to end. Performative and cringe.
I am well and doing fine.
What we went through was not easy for anyone, and processing everything that happened has needed time. I want to sincerely thank all our leaders, especially the 6th @edwinsifuna and his amazing team that kept me sane every 20 mins, the rescue team (I dont want to expose them), Hon @HonWamboka , @CaroliOmondi Hon Majimbo Kalasinga for especially going that extra mile to ensure we were safe.
To my family, thank you for remaining calm and strong amidst all the misinformation that was going around. I want to make it clear that I was not cut or harmed at all, and those who participated in using this to cause fear and pain nimewachia Mungu.
I am deeply grateful to the young men of Homa Bay who allowed us to have a conversation and recognised me as one of Baba’s supporters from the last election and literally allowed us to go to safety. Indeed, Baba saved me even as he continues to rest.
I am also grateful to the church that gave us refuge, and to the women and men inside who prayed with us, kept us calm, and stayed with us until we were rescued. Your kindness and courage will forever remain in my heart.
Homa Bay showed me violence and love at the same time.
I will be sharing my experience soon. For now, I am simply grateful to all of you who have been calling, messaging and checking on me. All is well.
To my sister Agnetta Mwangale you are the best person to have experienced this with. Nakupenda sana.
We soldier on.
I remain unbowed.
