Vibe coding has unleashed a torrent of new iOS apps in the app store.

After basically zero growth for the past three years, new app releases surged 60% yoy in December (and 24% on a trailing twelve month basis).

Il y avait d’ailleurs de nombreux alumni’s de Netvibes et de Jolicloud dans la salle.

My guess is that if this platform takes off, it will be thanks to some of its unique features : data-sharing between apps, no need for integration, and data ownership

@Pierre_P @project_solid @RubenVerborgh Hi @Pierre_P, exactly ! I look at Solid as a platform, and a very open one. As for any platform, value resides in its ecosystem, so I’m testing the existing apps.

@whereischarly @vvoyer Next.js without hesitation ! I’ve been disappointed by Gatsby, which I found more complicated for a more limited scope...
Not sure it matters for a blog though :)
