The media landscape has changed, so has communication. It's no longer okay to recite from a stiff signed-off corporate script, people now expect authenticity. They want messaging that's professional, empathetic and uniquely you.
@kristinhallNZ Yess.. horrrrrror. AND the clothes they DO take and gush over (which you paid upwards of $300 for) they sell for $20. Nothing about that process is satisfying.
