@mhp_guy The same robot delivers food in a Frankfurt airport restaurant and it seems to work because the kitchen is far away. But it's definitely a dumb robot that gets stuck by silly things like luggage.... My 3 year old loved it

@moseskagan But it would result in all your commercial leases being recorded, plus the leases would all have offset provisions in case you BK, sell, etc etc.

@moseskagan The way it is makes sense. A leasing broker is a contractor hired to do a transaction. If you want to make brokers equity or profit sharing partners, bring your leasing in house. There are so many issues with paying brokers over time I don't want to type out.
