This is Samaila Kaigama, a youth peace advocate against terrorism in Borno state.

He made allegations of STATE GOVERNMENTS being involved in and responsible for the insecurity in the states, and specifically mentioned Sen. Ali Ndume from Borno South Senatorial district.

He also stated that @officialABAT is complicit in paying ransomes.

He has been arrested by @OfficialDSSNG because of the video.

The current governor of Borno is @ProfZulum.
