We’ve been doing this for weeks and it is a game changer. It sounds simple but you soon realize the benefits go far beyond PR review. Now each feature can be a training video for support, a training video for each “job to be done” with that feature, a marketing video, and a release announcement.

We use @ElevenLabs to narrate and have shared video skills for production of each type of video. We just added a help section to our site that indexes the videos and shows them on relevant pages.

Game changer.

We now require all PRs to include a screen recording artifact.

It's the only way to verify that an agent's change was tested end-to-end. You shouldn't have to check out a change locally to trust hitting merge.
