@MichaelJStern1 I have T2 diabetes. I have labs done regularly. I’ve had spans where I drink lots of diet soda and spans of none. My experience; I’ve seen zero issue with drinking diet soda. Hasn’t affected my labs. Which is good because as a diabetic you have to find pleasure where you can.
