@AirbnbHelp Didn’t you say you want to discuss this? All you did was pass onto once again another ambassador who once again said, the technical department has been informed (since March!) and we’ve resolved on our part. But you haven’t resolved anything and no one is taking responsibility.

@Airbnb Asked to escalate to a formal complaint. You don’t do that. Tried to do a P2B, no one has come back to me. No one is taking responsibility for it. Not sure what to do except removing my listings to booking or vrbo.

Been charged 15% service fee on one of our listings on Airbnb when I’ve set it up at 3% and the other listing is at 3%. It doesn’t make sense.
@Airbnb Been trying to get you guys to change it since March but you keep on saying it’s a technical issue, the technical department will fix it. You close the case and then nothing. I have to reexplain everything all over again to another advisor.
