@Delta customer service is terrible. Had to call because website and app wouldn’t let me a change a flight. Put in line for a return call with estimated wait time of 33 minutes. 45 minutes later I finally get a call and then put on HOLD for going on 28 minutes.

@Delta update…after 28 minutes I then received an automated message that the wait time is now over an hour. 😡😡😡

I retract my initial statement about customer service. It’s not terrible. Rather @Delta simply has no concern at all for serving their customers
