“This is a unicorn growth company…” @BillRMcDermott

I experienced it as a @ServiceNow employee of 6 years, and believe in the company and leadership team as a shareholder.

"The Super Intelligence Control Tower actually takes the right model, it hires it for the right job to solve the right problem, to unlock the real opportunities that companies have out there. So we're unlocking the value from the entire super intelligence ecosystem. From silicon to intelligence. And we're executing this on one platform."

Congratulations @azavery and @ServiceNow team for continuing to lead the way with enterprise AI where it matters for people, top business priorities, and the world.

[Amit Zavery @azavery]

Q3 showed what happens when strategy meets execution. I’m proud to share that @ServiceNow again beat the top end of our guidance on both topline and bottom-line metrics.

Our AI NNACV grew 65% y/y, and Control Tower NNACV grew more than 6x. Even more interesting, as customers deploy AI they want a measured way to understand and control their investments, driving our agentic AI consumption in production up 13x y/y.

Every AI agent should be visible, governed, and secure. Super Intelligence Control Tower, with Armis and Veza, makes that real.

Thank you to our customers, partners, and teams. The next frontier for enterprise AI is here, and we’re just getting started.

We're interviewing #GTM leaders for this growth series. DM me if you have a POV.

[Creatorbase @creatorbase]

AI is changing go-to-market (GTM) operations from manual execution to strategic orchestration by automating more routine tasks.

“Some jobs will be consolidated and certain disciplines will begin to have higher expectations around the breadth of their work,” said John Jamison, Vice President of Engineering at H/L Agency.

Minimum if you can, do pushups in the morning at home and walk at least two to three times a day outside. I try to walk at least 2 miles each day; 3 is a better target for me.

“How do you become more productive?”

Richard Branson leaned back and thought for a second. The tropical sounds of his private oasis, Necker Island, murmured in the background. Twenty people sat around him at rapt attention, wondering what a billionaire’s answer would be to one of the big questions—perhaps the biggest question—of business.

Then he broke the silence: “Work out.”

He was serious and elaborated: working out gave him at least four additional hours of productive time every day.

As we implement more agentic AI at work, there is some risk of reducing human experiences and friction that sparks empathy and innovation.

@BlaineMathieu, a Creatorbase® Founding 500 member, recently wrote about his agentic AI “aha” moment and shared these key takeaways:

• Track the hours ‘talking’ with AI vs. with real people. Don’t let it sneak up on you.

• Ask people you trust for signs that your communication style is changing.

• Don’t assume that directives you give AI to avoid being sycophantic will solve all these issues. There are many subtle ways that engaging with an AI is not the same as engaging with real people, even if the language sounds the same.

• Never forget that the inherent unpredictability of real people, including their capacity to annoy or even frustrate you, is a feature and not a bug.

Are you seeking a new role at work or with a different company?

Run your career pivot through Prosci’s ADKAR change management model before investing time with job searches and interviews.

Use five practical steps and actions from Janel Woodard to align your strengths, embrace feedback, and accelerate clarity during the transition...

STEP 1
Awareness: encourage people to say what might be uncomfortable to hear‍.

Every change starts with understanding why it's needed. For Janel, that came from a hiring manager who told her plainly that the fit wasn't there. She didn't question Janel's talent. She questioned her direction.
