@RitaObeid6@AcademicChatter I removed email from my phone a month ago. I still get mild e-mail anxiety but one thing I have learned is that no one cares if I take longer to respond. The harder part is that by removing outlook I also lost my calendar so I have to remember when I need to be back online.
