I’m going to flip the script so to speak on the allegations against @ericswalwell from Kevin McCarthy and others here.

In Texas, if someone sees a felony crime occur, law requires that someone to report seen crime, or face consequences. In California, there is no such law.

I believe that I personally would have been helped if that kind of law in Texas was law in California as well.

I also believe that Eric Swalwell, someone that rose to power in California, was not helped by California enough prior to being accused on a federal level recently. California lawmakers and citizens alike would benefit in my opinion from state law in California requiring reporting of felony crime seen by any California samaritans.

Felony crimes include: sexual assault, perjury, false police report, extortion, aiding and abetting, assault w/ a deadly weapon (a charge I have been dismissed from), bribery

Today is the 5-year anniversary of some dude having died via drug overdose within 20-25 yards of me in a different Hollywood, CA apartment.

On March 19, I picked up this Swiss Army knife I ordered online from my P.O. Box. I lost my first Swiss Army knife, so I bought another one. This one commemorates Princess Diana of Wales. She died in a vehicle accident.

I’ve been a professional driver for almost 2 years now, and I got this knife to remind myself to drive safely, even though I’m already a really safe driver that’s only gotten one moving violation since the start of 2019. Being extra careful with activities like driving a vehicle just makes sense.
