@AveloAir I’ve contacted you before w no response. Your app’s Profile screen goes blank when I try to update my info: name, email, & contact details all appear empty, & the email field is locked/greyed out. This is blocking me from adding pmt methods & accessing my Cash Wallet.

@AveloAir How bad can this get? An airline with the inability to help it's customers: Avelo. Calls are unanswered, emails never receive answers, and their chat "Violet" is broken. Cheap flights, but not a very reliable service. Buyer beware!!

⚠️ Ongoing App Issue — No Response from Avelo
This is a follow-up to a previous complaint that has gone unanswered.
When I go to My Account → Profile to update my name, email, or contact details, the screen goes completely blank. My profile info appears empty, the email field is greyed out and locked, and I cannot make any manual updates.
This bug is preventing me from:
• Adding payment methods
• Accessing my Cash Wallet
I believe my profile data may be corrupted on your end. I’ve already reported this and received zero response. This needs to be fixed. Please contact me directly to resolve this.

I’m getting fraud calls from supposedly your team in Yemen or United Kingdom. These are phishing calls which I have avoided. Why have you not called? It’s has been over 60 days that this was reported.

I’m still waiting for a phone call. As I have stated this is kind of an urgent issue as I am unable to access my wallet cash or my points to book travel. I have called and called at all times. There’s even a case (s) in your system. Nobody is doing anything. Same excuse same answer, you are to busy to take care of your customers.
@Askavelocare No. I still have the problem. It is urgent in that I can not access my account profile, Avelo cash or rewards. Account profile is blank and does not allow me to update. Can you call me now?
