@AveloAir During a weather emergency overnight (12am-2am), with phone & chat support unavailable, I was forced into duplicate bookings, both later canceled. Ticket #CSC-316707 (opened 6/15) for the $508.16 refund has had zero response after 3 follow-ups.

@AveloAir you need to inform your crew members regarding your policies on sports equipment. We were charged for 2 checked bags for hockey sticks and the hockey bag when the @AveloAir policy regarding Hockey equipment clearly states the sticks and bags count as 1 checked bag.

.@AveloAir, do better. A delay by almost an hour, and having people wait 70+ minutes on the plane is unacceptable. Additionally the lack of updates from the crew is disappointing.
