@AveloAir you need to inform your crew members regarding your policies on sports equipment. We were charged for 2 checked bags for hockey sticks and the hockey bag when the @AveloAir policy regarding Hockey equipment clearly states the sticks and bags count as 1 checked bag.
@AveloAir Fun fact. There is no way to escalate a customer service complaint @AveloAir customer service once you finally get someone on the phone. In order to escalate you need to fill out an online form.

@AveloAir Finally got in touch with @AveloAir customer service. Despite explaining the situation in detail and pointing out the actual policy posted on the Avelo website @AveloAir still refused to provide a refund for the double charge to the hockey equipment.
@CSRAveloAirHelp What worse is that upon contacting customer service they wouldn’t issue a refund. At this time we just want a refund of the 2nd checked bag fee and better training for your gate agents so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

2011 Elite closed out round robin weekend 3-0 locking up a bye to the EMHL finals. Big performances from our key players and goaltending made the weekend finish 20 goals for /3 GA.
