@choeshow When walking you’re dog you should also be aware of what your dog is eating off the ground. Especially in sketchy areas. My dog eats anything that looks interesting.

@Arkypatriot Niacin is a natural statin. Hard to take too much. Just get your liver enzymes checked after a month or so. But do some research. Also cholesterol isn’t as bad as the mainstream Dr’s say.
