If you ever beat yourself up for mismanaging your business, just remember: Thrasio screwed up 1000x worse than you ever will โ and it was run by really smart McKinsey types.
@hxxntrr Unfortunately a lot of this is luck. Because of the IRS or Treasury decides to focus on you , they will make it hurt. Some people can slip through 10 years.
@AshtonForbes@NickJFuentes Arenโt you the guy who took the the trans boyfriend shooter of Charlie Kirk hook line and sinker without any investigation ๐ซ
A.I. hack that will 10x your results.
Use a deep thinking model (like Claude Opus) to research and then create instructions (usually an .MD file) for other AI's to execute on (Lovable, ChatGPT 2.0 image creation, etc.).
You want every AI in their own Zone of Genius.
Example Prompt after i had Claude research top converting image ad styles, for image creation:
"great now i want you to create instructions for an image creation AI to build these our exactly to spec, feel free to over explain so it has the most context thanks. lets start with #2 in this list"
Entrepreneurship is either the best day of your life or the worst day of your life.
Every. Single. Day.
There's no in-between. No coasting. You wake up either ready to take on the world or wondering what the hell you got yourself into.
And somehow you keep showing up.
That's the job.
๐จ Entrepreneurs take note ๐จ
Sometimes God puts you in uncomfortable positions on purpose. Not because he's ignoring you โ but because he knows that when you pray your way through it and come out on the other side, you'll be closer to him than ever before.
The struggle ain't the absence of God.
Hot take: the hardest part of being a CEO isn't strategy, fundraising, or even sales.
It's managing people's emotions.
And honestly? We all wish our teams would just lock in and do the work without the drama. That would make life so much easier. But that's not how humans work.
There's a reason Chris Voss โ literally the top hostage negotiator in the world โ appeals to emotions over logic even when lives are on the line.
Because emotion drives everything.
Nobody talks about this part of the job. We're not just running companies.
We're carrying the weight of our teams' lives, moods, and personal battles too.
It's a privilege. But it's also a burden.
Any other founders feel this one?
Leadership starts as a skill you learn (watching and learning under others).
Then if becomes naturally engrained through repetition.
I don't think leaders are simply born leaders, they are made.
@coookwithchris@oasishealthapp the one issue i have with Oasis app is any 3rd party can add a product and give it a rating- makes no fucking sense at all. Oasis needs to 100% test everything themselves.
@davidsenra@pmarca Dumb take. Just because itโs not in an autobiography doesnโt mean the authors werenโt introspective , they just didnโt write about it
