Hey @Roblox, as a parent of a loyal player with a ~$2k+ lifetime spend and a yearly Premium subscription for several years, I am incredibly disappointed. My son was scammed of 13,300 Robux through a fraudulent marketplace sale. Despite our years of support, your team is sending automated replies while the stolen funds are still sitting in "Pending" status.

@bryanrbeal Just connect your phone to the wifi and use Fing to do a network scan. What am I missing here? I guess they could have their network blocked so you can't see other devices if they are really clever.

I left my wallet in a taxi in Taipei in 2008. Four months later the US Embassy contacted me in the states to return it and the money was still there. It was an incredible journey from the honest taxi driver to Taipei police station to the US embassy back to me. Both Japanese and Taiwanese cultures are A+++. I wish the taxi driver kept the money as a well deserved tip.

OK I have some good news on this. After a lot of back and forth Roblox realized this was a scam and returned 70% of the Robux back. Essentially they returned the funds in escrow to the scammer back to my son. I told him to take the win that he got most of it back and the 30% is a lesson to be careful about shady deals.

@SBerber84058 After multiple escalations I just got an email saying they will refund. I'm really hoping he can get it back. If they follow through I will re-enable the auto renew of his premium membership. I'll let you know.

@SBerber84058 Nope and tomorrow is the 3 day mark where thy release funds to the scammer. I am so disappointed in how Roblox has handled this. My son doesn't know any better. I told him talk to me before he does any trades next time.
