As a police report emerges detailing a woman's 2017 sexual assault allegation against Pete Hegseth, Trump's pick for defense secretary, Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), after meeting with Hegseth on Capitol Hill, told reporters there isn't "any way in the world you can say this was a sexual assault."

When asked if he is saying the woman isn't credible, Mullin told CBS News' @NikolenDC, "I'm just saying there's a reason why there was no charges."
