@herffjones so over a month of it being "in progress" after calling them + posting on socials Mark S said it shipped when a few hours before they didn't know if it existed. So are they trying to make it right for everyone or just those who call them out?? Fuck you HJ burn in hell

@herffjones where tf is my cap and gown?? It said it's "in progress" since April 8th. I graduate in 48 hours and customer service has no clue if it's shipped or if I'm even going to get it. Y'all are the worst company ever. You don't care about grads, you just our money smh
